Medicare Boot Camp®–Rural Health Clinic Version

This year as a pre-conference to the 2024 Rural Health Workshop, Well-Ahead and the Louisiana Rural Health Association are hosting a free Medicare Boot Camp®–Rural Health Clinic Version, presented by HCPro. The Medicare Boot Camp®–Rural Health Clinic Version is a one-day intensive course on Medicare designation, coding, billing, and payment for rural health clinics. The pre-conference event will be held June 10, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel in Baton Rouge. Space is limited and registration is required.

Our Workshop Experience

Our joint workshop provides an opportunity for rural healthcare professionals across our state to hear from federal and state-level leaders on current hot topics. It also provides information on available funding and technical assistance opportunities—plus offers education that aims to improve patient care and eliminate rural health disparities.

Who Attends

All members of rural healthcare teams have a role to play in moving the health of their community forward! Our workshop is convenient and provided at no cost to attendees! Our sessions include something for everyone on your team—chief executive officers, chief financial officers, chief operating officers, chief nursing officers, clinic directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, quality improvement staff, billing staff and more.
